We provide specialist advice about Low Vision aids at our Sight Centre, at clinics or in your home. Simply ask your optician to fill out a Low Vision referral form and we will contact you.

Pop in and meet our team, try out an extensive array of gadgets aimed to enhance everyday living, find out about audio resources and gain advice on equipment to suit your needs.


Clubs and activities

Join the many exciting social events taking place throughout Cornwall for people living with sight loss; from dancing to shooting there’s something for everyone.


Community outreach

Our Community Development Officers provide personalised advice and support for people living with sight loss through community events, open days and free home visits.


Eye clinic support

Our Eye Clinic Liaison Officer can provide you with emotional and practical support to help you understand your diagnosis and come to terms with living with sight loss.


Hospital information desk

Our dedicated staff and volunteers are present in Cornwall’s hospital eye clinics to offer support and advice.

Knowing what is available to you and applying for benefits can be a daunting process, our experienced advisor is here to help you receive your full entitlement.

NB: We are a not for profit charity and many of our services are free, however we do make a small charge for some services such as home visits in order to cover travel costs. Please call our main reception for our latest tariffs.
