Penzance Sight Loss Awareness Day 2018:

On Tuesday 28 August the iSightCornwall team will be in Penzance to showcase the services currently available to visually impaired people in Cornwall including the community outreach service, the assistive technology service and the low vision clinic.

Our Assistive Technology Officers, Rodney and Dominic will also be demonstrating the latest assistive technology equipment including tablet computers, talking mobile phones and electronic magnifiers. We will also be joined by representatives from the following organisations:

• Optelec
• Guide Dogs for the Blind

The nearest car park is Penalverne Car Park (located next to St John’s Hall). Other options nearby are Clarence Street Car Park and Park Corner Car Park.

Disabled access to St John’s Hall is located through the main entrance on the ground floor which has automatic doors.
