St Blazey Sight Loss Awareness Day 2018:

On Thursday 22 March, members of the iSightCornwall team will be visiting St Blazey to host a sight loss awareness event. Members of the Community Outreach and Low Vision teams will be on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have regarding your sight loss. Dom and Rod from the Assistive Technology department will also be in attendance to demonstrate the latest gadgets and devices designed to aid visually impaired people. Please contact us in advance if you would like us to bring a specific piece of equipment to the event.

Representatives from some of our affiliated clubs will also be in attendance and there may be the opportunity to play some short mat bowls!

We will also be joined by a team from Plymouth University to showcase how new technologies in robotics can be developed and used to improve health care in the county.
