Local wine merchant names iSightCornwall as Charity of the Year

iSightCornwall are ‘delighted’ to have been chosen as a local wine seller’s Charity of the Year.

The sight loss charity have been selected by the team at Old Chapel Cellars in Truro as the recipient of their fundraising efforts for 2023-2024.

iSightCornwall Chief Executive, Carole Theobald, said: “We are so delighted to be chosen by the team at Old Chapel Cellars as they are a fantastic local business and a part of our own community where the Sight Centre is in Truro. I would like to say a huge thank you to the Old Chapel Cellars team for selecting us and we are excited to help support their fundraising efforts throughout the next year.”

Old Chapel Cellars are an independent wine merchant based in Truro who have been named and awarded as one of the top indie wine merchants in UK. They have a relaxed and friendly shop based on St Clement Street where they regularly hold tasting events. Co-owners Jamie and Louisa run Old Chapel Cellars together with an experienced and friendly team.
